Legal basis
In accordance with Section 272 of Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, the consumer may demand repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.
Return period
The customer has 10 days from receipt to request a return.
Conditions
The product must be complete, in its original condition, free of damage caused by misuse, and include all accessories.
Refund
The refund is issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is GoodPC’s.
Defective products
In accordance with Sections 37 and 38 of the Consumer Protection Act, the product must be durable and functional for normal use.
