Formation of the contract
In accordance with Article 1385 of the Civil Code of Quebec and Article 35 of the Act to establish a legal framework for information technology, an online order constitutes a legal contract.
Use of the site

Limitation of liability
In accordance with Article 1474 of the Civil Code of Quebec, GoodPC limits its liability except in cases of gross or intentional fault.
