– block a high-risk order,
– refuse a transaction in the event of potential fraud.

Abusive chargebacks may result in legal action.

– GoodPC will provide proof of delivery, signature, invoice, and payment confirmation.
– Any fraud or false statement may be prosecuted.
– Administrative fees related to an abusive dispute may be claimed.
– The customer must contact GoodPC before initiating any bank procedure.

– restricted access
– access logging

GoodPC never sells personal data.
In the event of a security incident, users will be notified in accordance with Law 25.

  1. Limitation of IT liability

GoodPC is not responsible for:
– data loss
– software incompatibilities
– viruses installed by the user
– indirect damages or financial loss
– improper system configuration by the customer

The customer is responsible for backing up their data before use.

  1. Enhanced business warranty

Standard commercial warranty: 6 months.
Covers:
– hardware defects
– failures not caused by the user

Excludes:
– impact, liquid, power surge
– hardware or BIOS modification
– misuse
– normal battery wear

GoodPC may repair, replace, or refund based on technical assessment.

  1. Logistics, delivery, and proof

Any delivery constitutes proof of receipt.
GoodPC retains:
– proof of shipment
– tracking number
– carrier confirmation

Carrier delays do not constitute a fault on GoodPC’s part.
Risk transfers upon delivery.

  1. Intellectual property

The content of the GoodPC.ca website is protected, including:
– text
– images
– branding
– technical structure

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

  1. Service suspension

GoodPC may suspend:
– a fraudulent account
– a suspicious order
– abuse of the service
– illegal use of the site

Without notice if necessary to protect the business.

The contract is governed by:
